Professional Experience
As Head of People Operations, Rebecca brings her extensive experience as a leadership development professional working with company executives and employees to expand career and life coaching at Core Investments. Core places a high priority on the development of its people and culture along with the development of its real estate properties. Prior to joining Core Investments, Rebecca was a Leadership and Executive Coach at and owner of Rebecca Hale & Co. and was also an Adjunct Faculty member of New Ventures West, supporting the development of professional coaching candidates. She was previously an Executive Coach and Consultant at The Hale Group, a boutique consulting firm providing strategic planning and facilitation, and a recruiter at Stowe Group Healthcare.
Education
She studied at Georgetown University and received her B.A. in Government and International Relations.
