Professional Experience
Mark Consoli is interim Chief Financial Officer at Core Investments, where he brings his vast financial, operational, and strategic experiences to complement Core’s current growth strategies.
Mark P. Consoli most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Lexington Partners, Lexington Property Management and InnoConn Construction where he was responsible for all financial aspects of the firm’s businesses including capital transactions and structure. Lexington Partners is a multifamily developer, owner and operator with in-house construction and property management functions.
Prior to joining Lexington Partners Mr. Consoli served as CFO at privately held real estate investment and operating companies including Metropolitan Properties, The Simon Konover Company and The Davis Companies. Prior to that, Mr. Consoli held various accounting, finance and operations roles, including Chief Operating Officer, during his 14-year career at Northland Investment Corp., a diversified real estate operating company. Mr. Consoli began his career in Ernst & Young’s Boston office then spent nine years with Spaulding & Slye, a regional office owner, operator, developer acquired by JLL in 2005. Mr. Consoli has over 35 years of real estate experience in accounting, finance and operations in multiple asset classes including multifamily, office, retail, hotels and parking facilities. Throughout his career Mr. Consoli has been involved in numerous capital transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, recapitalizations and public-private partnerships.
Education
Mr. Consoli has a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley University and an MBA from Babson College.
