About
This classic art deco building was originally designed to house the nation’s premier and most glamorous furrier, I.J Fox. It was rehabilitated in 2014 using historic tax credits and was awarded the Paul E. Tsongas Award for excellence in historical preservation. Today it houses the Gap Factory store within the first three levels, with luxury downtown Boston apartments above.
